Saturday at the Palmerston North Speedway was the teams race every one was waiting for,TANKS vs the Rest.In the tank team was 8p Scott meirs,56v Kerry podjursky,38r Ross ashby and 85h Jared wade,the select team was 2nz Peter rees, 3nz/9p Shane penn,6p Wayne hemi and 14n Dale ewers. It was a very entertaing race with the lead changing all the time and plenty of hits going in by both sides,with wayne hemi getting rolled the tanks had the upper hand and 85h jared wade took the win for the tank team,he went sideways across the finish line thanks to 2nz peter rees,cant wait for the next one next season.

In the stockcar races there was plenty of action, most of it from 43v shane beech who hit any thing that came close,23plus car's were on hand with another new car debuting (24p).more car's have been turnig up in the last two week with good size field's in the stockcars.

The superstock races were fast as per usual,the 1st race had 17 car's start with cars from stratford and hawkes bay racing

just like to thank all the drivers for turning up and making it a very good night of stockcar racing.
