Placemakers Superstock Shootout

Saturday night saw the first round of the Placemakers Superstock Shootout Series.17cars fronted for some fast racing,not alot of action in the three heats but always good to see superstocks racing.

The first heat had 71p Kim Lace take the win,his car this year so far is right on the pace and looking good for the rest of the season.

Heat 2 and Peter Rees had the jump on the field and got home for the win.5p Bruce Ward came in 2nd place with a strong drive for his first meeting of the new season.

Heat 3 and this was a seesaw battle with 71p,2nz,31p,77p all near the front at some stage,with a few laps to go 71p and 2nz got together and let 77p Wayne Norris in the lead then he got caught up with some cars and 31p shoot into the lead and for the win.77p Wayne Norris was the overall points leader after this round.
