Rob Anglesey 1st Stockcar

Here are some photos of my old stockcar when I brought it in 1983 when I was 12. I paid $175.00 for it. My father put a morris commercial motor in it for me & I raced around paddocks till I put a rod out the side of the motor. The body is a ford we think, diff is vanguard, front end is ford cross spring . Have been told the motor was a ford flat head V8 but not sure? Some car chassis in the construction the is rest steel. Iam going to get it going for the nelson speedway 40th reunion at labour weekend. Will put a dodge flat head six motor & gear box in it.
